MARIO Crinkle textured cotton...Off white...Multi-colored ribbons ( red, blue, yellow, pink, green)...The ribbons are sewn down to the fabric with pin tuck seaming between them (about 10" ) and then they fly free...Ties at the neckline...Cotton lace trim...Excellent condition...There is a very faint palest pink spot on the front that would probably remove with a bit of color remover (see last picture) The camera actually accentuates it it is much more faint...Not noticeable when worn
